John's Bio

I began my career as a Licensed Landscape Architect, helping clients see the full potential of their properties and guiding them from early ideas to finished, real-world results. That experience now shapes the way I work in real estate—focused on trust, clarity, and turning possibility into value.

Years of collaborating with homeowners, developers, and public agencies taught me how to listen closely, navigate complex decisions, and balance vision with practical realities like cost, timelines, and long-term impact. Clients relied on me not just for design, but for steady guidance throughout the process.

Today, as a real estate investor, I bring that same client-centered approach to every transaction. I help people understand their options, identify opportunities others might overlook, and move forward with confidence. My goal is always to create outcomes that make sense financially while respecting the people and places involved.

Whether improving a single property or planning for long-term growth, I work to make the process transparent, thoughtful, and grounded in trust.

Outside of real estate, you will often find me spending time with my dog Wolfie, training with my CrossFit community, or being outdoors.
